What Catches People Out
- Fibro sheeting. Older fibro and some old tiles can contain asbestos, which no skip bin can take. If you are not sure, have it tested before you start.
- Timber and plasterboard. A load with these mixed through is a Mixed Heavy load, not clean rubble.
- Reinforcing steel. Large pieces of steel cannot go in, so cut it out where you can.
When Another Type Is Better
- Rubble mixed with timber, plasterboard or rubbish. Book a Mixed Heavy bin.
- Mostly soil from digging. A Soil and Dirt bin is the better fit.
